Created and organised by LocalMotive Markets and a fantastic team as well support, fashionABLE was a great success, so many inspiring people involved from all walks of life. This event inspired by Stacy Paris and Raygan Bold, two amazing people.

This event is all about making fashion for real people, about inclusivity and diversity and bringing great designers to the catwalk, their designs modelled by regular people.

The first fashionABLE event took place Sept. 23rd at Waverley Market, on the banks of Nova Scotia, Canada. The event was free and open to everyone. Participants ranged from those with wheelchair access to those who would go through a second round of testing.
